Before you return a Sajja merchandise, please take a moment to comprehend how our products are made. Our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being exceptional and slightly different from each other.


Still we believe in satisfying our customers, and therefore have a liberal.


How do I cancel an order placed on Sajja.?

    1. If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
    2. If your order is already shipped then it will be eligible for replacement. This will be done only if there is any defect found in the merchandise.


I just requested to cancel my order. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.


Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by writing to us at  sales@sajja.in.


COVID-19 Return Policy Update

Are there any changes to the Return Policy due to COVID-19?

Yes. As the COVID-19 situation continues to change, we’re taking action to better serve you and our associates. We’ve temporarily disabled our Return Policy, effective immediately.

  2. All items will now be considered final sale if purchased.

How do returns work in Covid-19?

Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer.

For returns, you can write to us at sales@sajja.in within 24 hours of receiving the package mentioning your Order ID.
