Sajja is dedicated to delivering your order in excellent condition and within a given time frame. We work and ship throughout the week except on Public holidays and Sunday. We ship through reputed courier companies only to ensure that the order is received in the best condition.

COVID-19 Policy Update

Change in Delivery charges due to COVID-19 

There has been minimal increase in shipping charges due to Covid. The delivery is taking 1-2 days extra. Sorry for the inconvenience.

What are the delivery charges?

We charge ₹ 90 for shipping on orders below Rs.3000 and offer free shipping on orders above Rs.3000.

 What should be mentioned in Shipping address?

To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please check the following while entering your shipping address and phone number details:

  • Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
  • Enter correct City, State, and Postal Code details. Orders may get delayed or misrouted if these details are incorrect.
  • Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries


What is the estimated shipping time?

We usually ship orders in 1-3 working days after receiving the order. However, delivery time can vary depending on the shipping destination. Delivery of all orders will be done on the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
While we try to ensure that the order reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please get in touch with us for the update on your shipment.
Please note that during the sale/festival period due to the increase in the number of orders there could be a slight delay in shipping the orders out.


What if the product is received in damaged condition?

We ensure that all the orders are perfectly packed when they are dispatched from our order-processing unit. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing.


If you feel, you have received the merchandise in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please mail us a picture and describe the defect mentioning your Order ID at sales@sajja.in.


We will personally ensure that the matter is resolved at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original merchandise tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
